Oaklane Kennels was born from one woman's refusal to settle for anything less than extraordinary care. Phyllis White had a simple but powerful vision — to create a place where pets could receive the same warmth, attention, and comfort they experienced at home.
That was over 40 years ago. Since then, thousands of dogs have padded through our doors, wagged their tails, and left us better for knowing them. What hasn't changed is what drove Phyllis to open those doors in the first place: a deep, genuine love for animals.
While other facilities grew into large chains and franchises, we made a deliberate choice to stay exactly what we are — one location, one community, one consistent standard of care. Because when you trust us with your dog, you deserve to know exactly who you're trusting.
